Challenge
A humanitarian relief and development marketing team was tasked with creating a direct mail campaign focused on increasing donations at the individual and philanthropic donor levels. Additionally, this campaign would also need to impact the upgraded existing donors, and cultivate new prospects and donors.
Solution
Quantum Group recognized the opportunity to enhance the effectiveness of direct mail and developed an omnichannel solution: a 30-day integrated marketing campaign solution that included direct mail, mail tracking, social media profile matching, call-center measurement, Google display ads, and anonymous website traffic data collection.
A client dashboard was also provided so the client could easily monitor campaign metrics and extract data files to be used in follow-up campaigns.
