Financial Services Personalization and Fulfillment
One of our financial services clients reached out to Quantum Group for custom packaging related to a direct mail campaign focused on wealth managers in the UK. Each year, our client selects a premium item — such as a mobile phone photo lens, a small photo printers, a pocket projector, or a puzzle — for distribution, and this year's chosen item required custom packaging.
Upon receipt of the sample of the chosen premium item, Quantum engaged our internal structural design team to design a two-piece box with a tray and sleeve to fit exact product dimensions securely.
We implemented a data automation process to personalize the printing of each package. Once the printing and converting of the box was completed, the hand-fulfillment department inserted the product into the box tray, added a personalized card, matched the personalized card to the shipping label, closed the sleeve, packed the box into a corrugated carrier, sealed, and shipped the product.
